Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and are handed over to the courier within the next working day. On the day of shipment you will be sent an email with the tracking code to track your package.
You will receive communication for any change in the status of the shipment (shipped, in transit, on delivery, delivered). On the scheduled day of delivery you will receive an email to notify you of the delivery.

In order for the delivery to go smoothly, please:

• indicate precisely the surname and name, or the name on the bell
• indicate the exact house number (including extension if necessary) and the correct post code
